Stand Up Against Poverty (UNIS)
United Nations, New York, 16 October 2009 - This morning Ban Ki-moon, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, led the students at the UN International School (UNIS) to stand up against poverty, as part of the global campaign of the same name. He told the students that by taking a stand and by acting, we could end poverty in our lifetimes. And he urged them to lead the way, to learn about the Millennium Development Goals and talk about them with families, friends and teachers. The Secretary-General reminded them that young people are often the hardest hit by poverty. We know that investing in children and securing their rights is one of the surest ways to ending poverty. And I know that no one can better speak for young people than you, he added. The Stand Up Against Poverty Campaign starts today and runs through 18 October. Now in its fourth year, the campaign established a world record last year with 116 million people standing up against poverty. Ron Paul didin't need any help by these hacks, but it was nice to have postumously the testimony of Dwight Eisenhower's Secretary of Agriculture as well as Dr. W. No testimony is as damning to Government than is this by Secretary Benson. Who and where has there been testimony from this high in government been given pertaining to treason from within? Duncan: Opposition of Obama School Speech "Silly Stuff"
Secretary of Education Arne Duncan appears on "Face the Nation" to address criticism from the right regarding President Obama's in-school speech to schoolchildren. "All the drama, all the hoopla, at the end of the day, if the President motivates... one student who's thinking about dropping out to stay in school and take their education seriously., it's all worth it." He also noted that it would be "just silly" for parents to keep their kids home from school on the day Obama would be speaking to schoolchildren. "It's just gonna be an 18-minute speech," he said. "That just doesn't make any sense." "I don't spend any time on the silly stuff," Duncan said. "I try and stay laser-like focused on really dramatically improving what's going on for our nation's children."

Long time disinterest between the women perchance evolves in to a series of one-on-one basketball games, during which the two women grow closer physically and emotionally, until one heated game ends spontaneously in a kiss.
