I'm just starting my business, and I have a part-time paralegal. I would quickly phone a paralegal or attorney (use phone book) and ask them your “quickie” Last Will question as they would be best equipped to provide you with an appropriate answer. The Bar has alleged that paralegals at Hernandez’s firm, which has offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota, improperly provided legal advice to clients and charged excessive fees.
