(AP) — More than 400 New Mexico residents have not retaken a course allowing them to carry concealed weapons after state officials suspended their permits because their firearms training did not meet state requirements. I only needed to make one decision, and that was to add an elective course. Easy enough, right? Second semester, I had a couple more options: there were still the mandatory introductory classes I needed to take, but I was able to take two elective courses this time, which were French and an Honors class.
